Q: What is the difference between a refill & a planner?

A: A refill is a spiral or seven-hole-punched calendar that can be inserted into your existing planner cover. A planner is a standalone planning unit that includes the calendar insert.

Q: What components are included in a refill?

A: Calendar, telephone directory, notes pages, zip pouch and business card holder.

Q: What types of bindings are there to choose from?

A: Spiral, seven-hole punch, ringed and stapled.

Q: What is an Academic Year (AY) calendar and how does it differ from a Regular Year (RY) calendar?

A: An Academic Year (AY) calendar covers a 12-month time span from July through June. A Regular Year (RY) calendar covers a 12-month time span from January through December.

Q: When will calendars for next year be available on-line?

A: Calendars for the next year become available in July of the previous year. For example: Calendars for January 2010 will be available in July of 2009. Academic Year (July-June) calendars are available at our web store beginning in March.

Q: Where can I purchase Blue Sky planner refills?

A: An assortment of Blue Sky planner refills can be purchased at various retailers including Target, Office Depot, OfficeMax & FedEx Office. Blue Sky planner refills can also be purchased at our web store.

Q: Can Blue Sky planner refills be purchased directly from retailer web sites?

A: No, unfortunately, retailers do not carry Blue Sky planner refills on their websites at this time.

Q: If I have questions about my order who can I contact?

Q: Can large quantities or wholesale orders be placed through your web site?

A: We are happy to accommodate large orders; however, our site is not always capable of processing bulk quantities. Therefore, if your order total is greater than $500, please contact our Customer Service Department.  custserv@bluskyimg.com

Q: What is your Return Policy?

Q: What do I do if I receive a defective product?

A: Please contact our Customer Service Department or follow the instructions on how to return or exchange your product. For instructions, please click on the link to find our Customer Service Policies.

Q: Can I make a change to my order?

A: No. If you recently placed your order (within approximately 24 hours), contact our Customer Service Department and we can try cancel your order if it has not already been processed. However, if your order has been processed, changes to and cancellations cannot be made and you will have to go through the return or exchange process to make the desired change.

Q: After placing an order how long will it take to receive my items in the mail?

A: Orders are processed by or before 9 am PST each business day. If your order is submitted after 6am it will be processed on our next business day. Once standard orders are processed they generally take 4 to 10 business days to arrive depending upon the shipping destination.

Q: How are products delivered?

A: The majority of our products are delivered via USPS. If you request rush shipping or if your order is more than two or three items, then your order will be sent via UPS or FedEx.

Q: Can I order product to be delivered to an address outside the United States?

A: No. Unfortunately, we can only fill orders which are being delivered to addresses within the United States.

Q: Can I get order tracking to view the status of my order?

A: At this time we do not offer order tracking to our customers. If you would like to get a status update on an existing order please contact our customer service department. custserv@bluskyimg.com

A: Yes, we use VeriSign to ensure that all transactions are secure and confidential.

Q: What payment options are accepted on your web site?

A. Blue Sky does not accept payment in the form of a check or money order; however, Blue Sky accepts the following credit cards:
